- 4 oz lean ground turkey
- 2 tbsp diced onion
- 1 teaspoon each: chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup diced bell pepper
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tablespoon nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion

Instructions:
